Beyond Behavior Management Generational Transformation

SCBF Trauma Toolkit

The SCBF Trauma Toolkit is our flagship program—recognized as the gold standard in trauma-informed care—designed to transform schools, courts, and community agencies into safe, healing-centered environments for all professionals and the young people they serve.

More than a behavior management tool, the SCBF Trauma Toolkit helps uncover and heal the underlying trauma that drives challenging behaviors, activating emotional regulation, resilience, and long-term well-being.

Rooted in neuroscience and fully aligned with the CASEL framework, our approach strengthens self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making—creating measurable outcomes and generational transformation.

17 Years. Over 29,000 Impacted.

  • 100% graduation rate in participating schools

  • 80% reduction in disciplinary actions

  • 90% reduction in violent behaviors

The trauma training transformed my approach to teaching and interacting with students.
