What to Expect:
Expressive Arts Workshops: Dive into trauma-informed expressive arts workshops, including rock painting and creative writing. These workshops are designed to help participants explore their emotions and find healing through art.
Intro to Animal Therapy: Meet the adorable baby goats from Raven Oaks Farm and discover how animal-assisted therapy can enhance mental health. Learn about the positive impacts of interacting with animals and how they can provide comfort and support.
Connect with the Earth: Get your hands dirty and plant sprouts that you can take home. This activity is perfect for those who enjoy nature and want to nurture their own plants, watching them grow and thrive.
Community Partners: Connect with a variety of vendors showcasing their talents and contributions to positively impact mental health in our community. Learn about the different resources available and how these partners are making a difference.
